This dark place just gets darker. If I mention Eskom every South African understands. My heart aches for those who are already finding it tough beyond measure, even before prices begin to soar even more. And then I remember I am God’s project. There is no gloom too gloomy for Him to conquer. In fact He is divinely busy looking most competently after each of His projects – said differently, “I have a plan for you, to prosper you …..” So how can I flounder? I did a musical with Shirley and co when they were in primary school. It was called, “I am God’s Project” and the opening song included the lyrics, “I am God’s Project, I’m His love object.” I chose it because I felt they were at an age when their confidence was beginning to falter. Now I offer it to you and all of us who are going through the same thing. We are His Projects, His love objects so why should we be shaken?
