“Can you feel that Spring is pushing gently to come?” I ask. “Oh yes,” they say, and smile. In the town hall the flower show opens to us and we wander through. One of the few lines of poetry I remember reads, “Full many a glorious flower is born to blush unseen” and I’m thinking of it now. Not so Christ. He does not miss any one of us, the flowers of His kingdom.
