“Would you like an icecream?” We sure would, so we got in the queue. We had to wait – as you can see in the video. We all drooled over this golden retriever …. as he drooled over his icecream. We were at Kleinbaai Bloubergstrand. This was a golden moment with so much to pleasure us – perfect weather, warm sunshine, yummy icecream, birds circling, light sparkling the calm water. Peace and contentment? Oh yes. But I found myself remembering a greater contentment – that which Jesus alone can give to the thirsty, sin-sick soul.
