Once a year the residents take a week to celebrate our efforts at fighting pollution and saving our planet. Often in my prayers I ask God to forgive us – He asked mankind to take care of the creation and look what a muck we’ve made of that. We dance because yet again this year we’ve lessened our footprint – we’re encouraged to keep it up for this year too. But the regret over the damage we’ve already done is deep. Come soon, Lord Jesus, and restore and redeem all that You have made.
