It’s not mine but perhaps it is your birthday today? I don’t know. I also don’t know how many you’ve had – good ones, bad ones, sad ones, and terrific ones too. What I do know is that there is one who knows. He knows that my daughter at thirty-nine had had all the birthdays she was going to get. Now year by year she is enjoying her reward in heaven. So whatever is happening to you today one thing is for sure: Jesus is right there in it! He never leaves you. He never forsakes you. There are never any hiccoughs interrupting His commitment to you.
