Sometimes life throws you a curved ball – Jesus, this is what it’s done to me right now. But you know as I watch this beautiful, tranquil little creature it draws a gossamer blankie of peace over me. And why, Lord Jesus? Well because that’s what the things You have made do for me – draw peace back over my soul. And if the things You have made do that for a troubled soul how much more don’t You bring my way? You come with peace, yes, and love, yes, but You restore me in the way no one and nothing else can.
