There are feasts … and feasts .. and then there is this one! What a way to have a cuppa or two! The circumstances all around us may leave us with a rag of cloth stretched to give shelter, a smell too awful to endure, the sound of relentless bombing, and on and on and on. But for each one of us appropriated by God at the price of His Son and given family by adoption there is a very real feast. Psalm 23 reads, “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies … my cup overflows …” For everyone who is His – no matter the dirt and the mud – the best feast ever awaits.
